Delivery

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or through Transglobal Express, who deliver via Royal Mail.

Typical delivery times are 3–5 working days from dispatch, although this is not guaranteed. Delivery times can vary depending on warehouse processing.

If your order has not arrived, please first contact the courier with your tracking details. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a replacement at no extra charge.

Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery is confirmed to the address provided.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by replying to your order confirmation email or submitting a cancellation request via our contact form. Cancellations before dispatch will be refunded in full.

After delivery, you have a 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law. To do this, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

If your order has already been delivered and you wish to return it:

  1. Contact us via [email protected] or our website contact form, providing your order number.
  2. We may ask for more information about your reason for return.
  3. If approved, we will email you a pre-paid postage label. You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.
  4. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in excellent condition (no scratches, marks, or damage).

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected your returned goods.

If approved, we will process your refund via Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

If goods are returned in a diminished condition due to handling beyond what is necessary to check them, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the original must be returned first.

Once inspected and approved, we will send out the replacement.

If the replacement costs more, you will need to pay the difference before dispatch. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty, misdescribed, or not as agreed:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Perishable goods
  • Goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
  • Digital downloads

  • Tap On Reviews is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these platforms.
  • All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Logos on our NFC cards are used solely for identification and functional purposes (e.g., to indicate where a review link points).
